Position: Business Development Executive

- Develop and maintain relationships with apartment complexes and residential communities to promote Carbufz Technologies’ services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at increasing subscriptions and on-demand service requests.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community meetings to represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in service-oriented industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Washing Executives
Position: Washing Executive
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Various locations based on service requests
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality car washing services at customer locations as per scheduled appointments or on-demand requests.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained properly and used according to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and report any issues or customer feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in car washing or detailing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for transportation of equipment to job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
